The home currently houses 2 male university students.Each tenant over the age of 18 years is required to complete and application and pay the $50 application fee. To complete your application, a non-refundable $50 fee is required. Applications will be processed only upon receipt of this fee. Once approved, a deposit must be paid within 24 hours. All applicants must fulfill specific criteria, which include a minimum credit score of 600, no previous evictions or outstanding balances, and a monthly income equal to or exceeding three times the rent amount. If you have pets, a pet deposit of $500 per pet will be necessary, along with an additional $25 per month for pet rent per pet.
